enjoying the view...

All day Piper was in the lead, he's really turning into a great little hiker!

the rest of the pack was trailing...

a little path through the woods

The crossroads and an encouraging sign, almost there!

Cruising past some hikers. I love passing the French all geared out in their fancy equipment and hiking sticks. I guess this was an older guy, but still, Piper's not even 3!!

The view from Mount Pravouta, this is looking over at the Dent de Crolles, which is 2063 meters, about 300 meters higher than Mount Pravouta.

What a fun way to use up little boy energy and keep them healthy and happy at the same time!
Stephen wrote about an experience he had while we were overseas for an English assignment a few weeks ago...it seems like just yesterday, but my Senior was in third grade at the time!! Yikes.

yes, indeed, little boy energy is an expendable resource around here!
Wow, he's a senior already. I better not blink, I fear that will be me in no time...
It is good to hear that he remembers (hopefully fondly) your experiences here!
