Christmas day we woke up to fresh snow. So after opening a few presents, we headed up the mountains behind our house to ski in some fresh snow at the little family resort up there.
It's called Col de Marcieu, and it's just a small place with a few easy runs where we can't lose the boys :)

We decided it was time for Piper to give skiing a more serious try!

E and CJ were off on their own most of the day.

This was their favorite run, it included a big jump that they did over and over and over...

There's CJ going up the jump.

Happy Piper skiing.

Happy CJ.

E getting some air off the jump!

CJ did too!

Piper expired pretty quickly and wanted to sled, so I finished the day sledding with him. He loves sledding and even figured out how to steer a little better this year. His skiing still needs some help!

A beautiful monastery on the way home.

And a few videos from the day for your enjoyment!
