These are from Tuesday, when the waves were still huge.
Piper didn't get out much farther than this rock!
These are from Thursday when the sea was much more calm.
Piper was able to get in but E was not as happy about not having waves to ride. You can see him way out there trying to catch the waves as they came in.
Still happy to be at the beach, though!
The waves were perfect for CJ to ride in...
And E was able to do some snorkeling
with Kevin.
Piper also played on the rocks.
This is the beach area we went to on Thursday, Sagone is at the end of the bay.
Thursday evening we also decided to eat a special dinner out by the sea. It was a perfect place by the sea and the boys could play while they waited.
And then devour the food!

Friday was our last day at the beach, so I took a few more pictures...
It was even more calm so we climbed out to the big rocks a little further out. Kevin and E jumped from the one side...

Poor CJ just watched. He had a bit of a fever on Thursday night and Friday, so we were keeping him out of the water since he has absolutely no body fat and was getting too chilled when wet.
Piper played on the smaller rocks
and soaked up the sun.

We really did have a fantastic time in Corsica. The villa and pool were great and the beach was breathtaking. It was our first 'real vacation' in the sense of not going sight-seeing every day and off to one place after the next. It was so nice to just relax and spend the time as a family enjoying the beautiful island of Corsica!
